How We Work Together
There is a point in the growth of a business where group coaching and peer communities stop being enough.
They have real value. The shared experience, the perspective, the frameworks. Many of the founders I work with have been through exactly that. It helped. But it didn’t solve the specific leadership challenges they were facing in their own company, with their own team, in their own context.
That is why I work exclusively one to one.

I always start with the person, not the problem. In my experience, most business problems have a leadership root. Finding that is where our work begins.
Every engagement begins the same way, regardless of how long we decide to work together. We start with a diagnosis. I want to understand your business, your team, your current challenges, and what has got you to where you are. Your strengths are as important as your gaps. Often the same qualities that built the business are the ones creating the ceiling.
From there we set clear goals, identify blind spots, and start applying what we find directly to the real situations you are facing. Conflict within a leadership team, a hiring decision, a difficult conversation, a co-founder dynamic. Nothing is off the table.
After that, every partnership is different. Because every founder is different.
I work with only 10 private clients at any one time.
This allows me to understand each person and their situation in depth, give the work my full attention and provide a genuinely bespoke coaching programme.
Private coaching engagements start at £3,750 for three months.
Most clients work with me for longer, particularly when they are navigating significant growth, change or uncertainty.
The initial three-month programme includes ten 90-minute private coaching sessions, personalised resources and support between sessions when needed.
The first step is an initial conversation on Zoom.
We will talk about what is happening, what you want to change and whether working together would be the right fit for both of us.
All conversations and coaching engagements are treated with complete confidentiality.
