About Me
I am an executive and leadership coach working with founders, CEOs and senior leaders who want greater clarity about what comes next, and the confidence to move forward.
I have worked in leadership and management for over 30 years, across startups and large organisations. I have driven sales, managed teams of more than 40 people, led HR and people strategy, and spent years mentoring managers and developing leaders.
So I understand the realities behind the job title. The pressure, difficult decisions, people problems, competing priorities and responsibility that comes with leadership.
I also know that success doesn’t always make the next step obvious.
In my late 40s, I began training formally as a coach, building on years of experience in HR, leadership, talent and developing people. At 50, I made the decision to leave corporate life, open my own coaching practice and build a business of my own.
Today, I work with people facing their own version of “what next?”. That might mean becoming a better leader, growing a business, progressing in their career or working out whether the path they’re on is still the one they want
My qualifications reflect how I work: combining deep coaching, leadership experience and practical understanding of people, behaviour and change.
- CIPD qualified in HR Management, giving me a deep understanding of people, teams and organisational dynamics.
- Performance Coach, The Coaching Academy, helping clients turn greater self-awareness into meaningful goals and action.
- Neuroscience-informed coaching, understanding how the brain responds to pressure, uncertainty and change, and why knowing what to do doesn’t always mean we do it.
- Positive Intelligence Coach, working with the mental patterns that can affect confidence, judgement and behaviour under pressure.
- DISC Practitioner, helping leaders understand how their natural style affects communication, relationships and the people around them.
- Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), working within internationally recognised professional and ethical coaching standards.
- Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching Practitioner, Academy of Executive Coaching (in progress), deepening my work with senior leaders and the complexity of executive leadership.
