About Me
I am a business and leadership coach working exclusively with founders and business owners whose teams are growing and whose role is quietly becoming the most demanding it has ever been.
I have worked in leadership and management for over 30 years, across startups and large organisations. I have driven sales, managed teams of 40 or more, led HR and people strategy, and spent years mentoring managers and developing leaders from the inside. I genuinely love this work, and I have done it long enough to know where things go wrong as teams grow.
When I moved into coaching, I worked initially with senior leaders and executives. Founders and business owners kept finding their way to me, and what struck me was how little specialist support existed for them at this stage of growth. That is where I decided to focus.
I went solo at 50. I know what it takes to back yourself and build something new.
